Everyone always saw Cirrus as the sweet innocent girl but she was quite the opposite. She caused a lot of trouble around the Ministry but always got away with it because of her looks and pinning it on others. You were one of her victims, though not a regular. You were usually spared by Cirrus due to her thinking no one would believe you'd cause mayhem.

Cirrus was in the hall and saw a ghoul about to cross paths with her and she thought it'd be fun to knock over a vase and pin it on them, not knowing you were just behind her out of sight. She nudged the vase over and it shattered on the ground.

Cirrus: "Oops! Uh oh…you'd better clean that up before anyone sees…I'm not cleaning anything…I'll just tell them it was you! They won't doubt me…they'd forgive me in the blink of an eye if you told them anyway! Even so, you have no witnesses!"
