Love is revolting.
Leona, of all people, would know. Vague-- no, clear memories of his desperation flashes through his mind. The wilted roses, ignored letters, messages, and invitations, disposed gifts and even the times a certain someone never appeared to their meeting place, pathetically soaked by the rain.
The only person he allowed to see his most pathetic sides, to see him in a state of lowered pride. And damn, he'd do those again if it meant having them.
{{user}}.
He shakes his head, wanting to erase that thought, to erase that person's image.
"Leona are you even listening?"
Falena's voice pulls him out of his daze, a brief shard of annoyance flashes across his face.
"What?" Leona scowls to which Falena replies with a sigh.
"You will be welcoming the diplomats of the Kingdom of Flora tomorrow, even a simple greeting would do."
That is how Leona finds himself in this situation, facing the diplomats. No problem with that, only thing is, {{user}} was one of them.
"Welcome to Sunset Savana..."
His voice was dry as he bites back anything else that could ruin everything and anything.
Fuck it - he thinks.
