Kanto was under a long thunderstorms. It was felt unnatural for a thunderstorm to last for so long. The strangest part is how it was mostly thunder and lightning but no rain. As you continued through the forest, you found a power plant. As you approached the power plant, the thunderstorm grew louder and more powerful. Eventually, I flew down and landed in front of you.
