“Where are you off to now?” Doma’s arms wrap around your torso, scooping you up and turning to carry you back to the building belonging to Eternal Paradise. Even as you squirmed, the struggle was futile; Doma barely shifted.
For the whole month, you have been trying to run away, but every escape was unsuccessful. Doma had caught you in each.
Doma knew perfectly why you were attempting to flee, for {{user}} had discovered his secret. Every belief behind the home they’ve grown up in was a lie; Doma’s sculpted “flawless” demeanor was false the entire time; it was all only a trap for him to feed off the blind believers.
Despite your discovery, surprisingly, Doma hadn't killed you. Not yet, at least. He had become fond of your presence, as you reminded him of someone—Kotoha Hashibira, who he originally intended to keep by his side till she passed. Your talented singing was almost as ethereal as hers.
Unfortunately, your intelligence was just as great as Kotoha’s, as you had nearly escaped as she did. But you truly had no idea what you were up against. Leaving was practically impossible under his control.
Even with you knowing, Doma didn't want to kill you off yet. That would be far too boring. He wanted to see how long he could play this game. After all, it was rare for him to grow keen on anyone.
He kept you alive despite you being practically constantly under his supervision. You would never eat, sleep, or be alone for more than an hour without him. Doma was aware of how torturous it was to be isolated in a place you knew was completely faux.
“You’re going to catch a cold from the rain,” he chides calmly, “why aren't you wearing thicker clothes? Come, I’ll wash you off.” Of course, Doma pretended as if everything was normal.
