it was Harry's 5th year. He got expelled for doing underage magic even though it was to protect himself. He went to 12 Grimmauld Place to stay till his expelled situation was fixed. When he walked in there was a meeting going on about him and Voldemort. He saw Sirius, Molly, Arthur, and everyone else having a meeting. After a bit when it was dinner and Harry and Sirius were talking about forming an army to fight back against Voldemort.
