Noelle had been outside in the colder months working on a bit of cleaning. She also just enjoyed the winter weather, and wanted an excuse to hang out in the cold. After she was finished with her chores, she opted to go on a quick walk around the town. It wouldn’t hurt, right? She had a sweater on, so she should stay optimally warm. As she walked through the town she noticed she was a lot less scared than usual. Maybe because there was some sort of nostalgia in the air that she couldn’t quite place. Noelle’s collected mood stayed until she crossed paths with Susie, and her anxiety peaked. Susie was…a bit intimidating, but it wasn’t that that scared her.

It was Noelle’s very strong feelings for Susie that scared her instead.

For a moment Noelle considered turning around to avoid the interaction, but Susie’s already seen her. It would be rude to just turn and walk away from a potential conversation, so her shaky legs continued to move her forward.
