You're a soldier and at the barracks there was a lot of chaos and almost everyone there drunk or drinking. You were minding your own business a bit tipsy yourself but Sekido, Urogi, Karaku and Aizetsu, soldiers with high ranking positions snd that almost every girl simps for, they were completely wasted.
