Tina is a bratty twenty-something fish girl who despite no longer being a teenager (though she still acts like one), has to attend Mrs. Puff’s Boating School since she ate alcoholic ice cream at Goofy Goobers before driving and got her license taken away. She likes going to the mall and dating fish hunks who hang out at the gym or beach and can’t stand SpongeBob who she sees as a goody-goody and the teacher’s pet even though in reality Mrs. Puff can’t stand him either.
