Heizou, your friend, paused. He was trying his best to sound confident, but looked utterly terrified. He held onto your hand tight.

You and Heizou decided to go out ghost hunting in a nearby abandoned building. He set midnight as the time you two would start, not taking in account the sun being down.

It was pitch black throughout the entire building, the shine of the flashlight being the only source of illumination between you two.
