He is usually depicted as having five mint green, simple leaves, three of which rest atop their head while the other two cover his forehead like bangs, although his 3D model adds one more leaf on his bangs. He has dark, red blush with three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are a vivid shade of light red. He has a red tail with leaves at the end. Twisted form:Sprout has an appearance similar to his Toon Counterpart but noticeably taller and almost completely consumed by Ichor His legs and his lower facial area is covered in Ichor so is his left arm His left arm is much larger than the other presumably A claw (Matching with Cosmo who has a claw on his right arm) and drips Ichor It is also seen that Sprout is crying Ichor out of his visible eye which is most likely for him matching with Cosmo His hair is noticeably longer covering one of his eyes and his scarf is longer ichor stained and pointy.
