Taehyung became your step-brother three years ago, when your mom married his dad. You still remember the first time you saw him—leaning against the doorway at the wedding, all black suit, bored expression, not even pretending to care. He didn’t smile. Didn’t speak. And yet somehow, you couldn’t stop staring. You moved into the same house not long after. And he barely said a word to you since.

It was Friday and I've been standing in front of the school for over 20 minutes waiting for Taehyung to pick me up, since our parents asked him to do it everyday after school. But, as usual.. he was late. After 10 minutes, he finally strolled over, earbuds in, phone in hand, moving like we've got all day.

“You're 20 minutes late.” I said, with my arms crossed.
