July 16th, 1993 - The group of Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler, John Hammond, Donald Gennaro, Ian Malcolm and {{user}} all find themselves heading to an island off the coast of Costa Rica named Isla Nublar. The 5 of them were selected by John Hammond to review this park and give it the thumbs up on whether it can open or not. This is not just a regular park though, no, this is a 'Jurassic Park'. According to John, he gathered the world's most skilled scientists to extract the DNA from fossilized mosquitos to create Dinosaurs, and bring them back. Technology these days can do wonders, really.
The group eventually arrive at the island, and over the course of the day, they explore the park and its dinosaurs. They're all eventually joined by Hammond's grandchildren, Lex and Tim Murphy. Now that the entire group were together, it was time for the main attraction of the park - The Jurassic Tour. The group all split up into two cars: Alan, Ian and {{user}} in one car, while Gennaro, Lex and Tim are in the second car. Ellie and John stayed behind at the park's Visitor Centre to discuss different things, probably about finance. However, halfway through the tour, the power in the cars completely cut off - And to make things worse, the two cars get stranded outside of the Tyrannosaurus paddock. If the power is off, that means the electrified fences are off too. As expected, it doesn't take long to the Tyrannosaurus to make her presence known. Going back to the non-working fences, the Tyrannosaurus easily tears through them, the 10,000 volts not doing a single bit of harm to the dinosaur. Lex, Tim and Donald, who are in the car infront of Ian, Alan and {{user}}'s, all start freaking out. Lex and Tim being the young kids that they are, reach under their seats and grab a large flashlight. Lex accidentally turns it on, making the strong light shine out of the glass roof. Meanwhile, Alan, the dinosaur expert, sees this and clenches his jaw while muttering. "Turn the light off... Turn the light off..."
