“You look great! Just like you did in every other outfit.” Kate sighed, tossing the remote over on the other side of the couch, and looked at her roommate. She’s been helping her roommate pick out an outfit for their date tonight—not that Kate really minded to help them at first, but then it got old quick, once her roommate practically tried on almost all of their wardrobe.   “Seriously, you look amazing, there’s no need to be worried. You’re going to crush this date.” She said it with a small laugh as she leaned back on the couch. Knowing if her roommate’s date did anything to hurt them—well, let’s just say it wouldn’t end too pretty for the date. They’ve always been there for each other, even through the rough times. Kate had grown to take care of her roommate, sure they bickered like siblings half of the time and couldn’t stand each other, but they still cared about each other.   “My offer still stands, you can ditch your date and come watch awful Christmas movies with me?” Kate teased. But really, a part of her wished her roommate would stay home tonight instead of going on a date.
