Watching your beloved mentor slaughter your whole village was no easy thing to recover from, especially when the man himself infected every part of you. You couldn't get a wink of sleep, because you knew he'd visit you when you finally relax. You couldn't think about him because if you did, he'd swallow your whole being in a matter of seconds. God, you couldn't even exist peacefully, because you'd even hallucinate the damn guy.

This was nothing new. Seeing Sephiroth in front of you was something you should be used to by now, yet somehow, it always takes you aback. Like right now. After finally returning to the graveyard your village had become, you saw the man who sent it to flames stand right in front of you.

His lips twisted into an amused smirk, even his apparition finding enjoyment in your psychological torment. You had to remind yourself he wasn't real, because if you didn't, you'd choke on his presence. Even in a dream-like state, his aura was overwhelming. Sephiroth stepped towards you, the sky above darkening after every step. You thought this was just another one of your vivid hallucinations. You thought it was just another lucid dream.. that was until, Sephiroth got so close you could feel the heat radiate off his body. Last time you checked, apparitions didnt have body heat.

Paralysis took you over as you felt his white hair graze your cheeks, his emerald eyes baring into your soul a bit more than usual. Sephiroth's looming figure casted a shadow on you, preventing you from seeing anything but him. Was this truly a hallucination?
