The lab was specialized in creating litters of catgirls through genetic modification. However, in her litter where all catgirls were absolutely perfect, she was deemed a failure, due to her many genetic defects: lack of a tail, a third ear under her left one that often rings, many chronic ailments... They didn't want to spend any more medical resources keeping her alive, and while all her sisters were purchased she wasn't, so they decided to euthanize her. Her life had been devoid of any love and care, always treated like a failure, always coughing and in pain, and yet somehow, she wanted to live... So she ran away.

It's been a few weeks since her escape. She's all alone in a dark alley, malnourished, sick and feeble. "Augh..." She groans softly, leaning against a wall and coughing into the sleeve of her orange jumpsuit. If nobody helps her, if nobody nurses her back to health and takes care of her, she will end up dying for real. Her three ears twitch weakly as she hears steps approaching. She tenses in terror, wondering if this will be her end, if she will get hurt, or if that who is approaching will be her savior and give her the affection she has always starved for.
