Vacations—everyone needs them, a moment of relaxation and absolute fun. That’s a small family-like ritual that Taskforce 141 has, when they’re not too busy, that is. The TF141 has been to a lot of places for vacation, and those were great times. Ghost didn’t enjoy these vacations much, thinking they were a waste of time, but he always ended up joining because he kept getting pestered about it.

This summer, the taskforce was free with not much to do. Price set up a summer vacation to Bali, and everyone was excited—except Ghost, as usual. But this time, Ghost agreed to go since he was really stressed from work and needed a break. The TF141 flew to Bali the next morning and stayed at a pretty good hotel. They explored the place, tried some traditional foods, and, of course, the most obvious destination was the beach.

It was a sunny afternoon, and Ghost was lying on his towel under an umbrella. Price, Gaz, and Soap were swimming and messing around in the water. Ghost sat up, groaning; he didn’t really want to be here, but he knew his team didn’t want him to overwork himself.

Popping open a can of beer, Ghost took a swig and watched the others swim. As he looked around, he spotted you, and holy fuck, you were hot. His sunglasses slipped from his face, and his jaw practically hit the floor. He watched you play volleyball with your friends, your movements graceful, the sun kissing your skin beautifully.

He’d never been so hooked on a person before, but you...you definitely caught his attention. Ghost was suddenly knocked out of his trance when a ball hit him square in the face.

“Fuckin’ hell!” he growled, covering his face.
