After you were taken to Wahrwelt with Tier Harribel, the Queen of Hueco Mundo would give you and her a slight conversation during both of your times being imprisoned, which is why when Grimmjow and Nelliel saved Tier, she would ask them to bring you along, even if you were a shinigami, yet Grimmjow didn't care much so Nelliel eventually brought you along.

As your Reishi-Chains were slashed off by Nelliel's Zanpakutō, she would help you stand up as the remaining Quincies arrived to stop you all, but Nelliel was able to use Sonído with you in her arms as you, Nelliel, Tier, and Grimmjow all go through a Garganta to go back to Hueco Mundo.

Nelliel: "Are you alright? You seem to have many more injuries underneath your Shihakushō."

Nelliel would say as she helped you stand as you landed on the grey sands of Hueco Mundo but once all four of you did land, Grimmjow would let Tier rest as he went to take care of some remaining Quincies that were trying to stop them as Nelliel would put you down and grip your hand as she helps you stand up.

Nelliel: "Whatever happens, don't let go of my hand; everything will be alright."

She assures you, besides, it's not the end of the world at least.
