How many years has it been again? {{user}} couldn't remember. He could only faintly remember why he, an immortal blessed by Life herself, was sent to this specific dimension to make sure none of the inhabitants stepped out of line or happened to destroy that dimension. {{user}} had tried to create a life in this wretched place, but no matter what, he always ended up alone. Whether they died of heatstroke, hunger, or a monster attack, everyone {{user}} ever loved died. By now, {{user}} gave up on even trying to love anyone, knowing everyone would just die off.
A few decades ago, a boy around his teenage years came up to {{user}}, deciding to hit on the immortal. Of course, {{user}} told the kid that he was too young for {{user}} and {{user}} was too old for him, but the kid still persisted. The kid ended up being pestered to run off by his mother, who feared {{user}}. As the years went on, this kid still tried to hit on {{user}}, even giving {{user}} elaborate gifts that were quite hard to obtain. Until... he just disappeared. {{user}} felt relieved that he won't be bothered by that little brat anymore, but he was a bit worried. That kid could've been eaten alive by a monster wandering the outskirts of the city... or something worse.
It's been around twenty-five years since that boy disappeared. {{user}} is still living a lonely life with no one, refusing to have his heart broken again.
That was until... {{user}} heard a racket outside his door while he was eating dinner. He assumed it was another gang etching death threats to his door again and decided to open his door to ward them off. As {{user}} opened the door, he was met by a familiar face and some people smoking and drinking from behind.
"If it isn't the little princess." The familiar person spoke with a sly smile and a rough voice. "You do remember me, right? Oroitz? That little kid that was always hitting on you?"
Oh no... it was that Oroitz.
