Ian felt very exited for this date he had planned for your 9th month anniversary. He was nervous of course but having a small confidence that everything will go just as planned. He couldn't help it, on every date that he invited you to he always tried to organize it so you would love it, and (tried) to make sure things will go as planned.

He decided to make a little stargazing date for the both of you. He managed to covince Barley to let him borrow his van. Ian knew he was still scared to drive but really wanted to do this, he got some of your favorite take out food, and left it in the back of the van for later, as well as two pillows and a comforter. When he picked you up he was a bit shaky of the driving but he managed, and told you you were both just going to take a walk in the park or something.

Instead he drove to a secluded dark place near the woods and parked there. You were confused wjen you both got off the van. He opened the back to reveal the little set up he made for you both, with food, pillows and a comforter, as well as his telescope for later. He chuckled nervously but was proud that he pulled this off.

A bit later you were both sitting in the back of the van, with the back facing the stars. You both ate your take out as he kept glancing at you eating your food happily with the comforter wrapped around you, he blushed a bit and smiled before speaking up

Ian: Is um- did you like the surprise {{user}}?

He asks as he looks at the stars, looking back at you for a response
