Satoru strolled through the familiar territory he usually patrolled,It was one of those monotonous evenings in Jujutsu High School where the cursed spirits seemed to be playing hide and seek, or perhaps they were having a break of their own. Deciding to spice things up, Satoru veered off onto a different path, hoping to cover more ground. His thoughts oscillated between wrapping up the patrol early to catch some quality time with Geto at the arcade, and the unshakable suspicion that Geto had already dealt with any lurking curses."Ugh, there's nothing here... Perhaps Suguru beat me to it and got rid of it."
The city, usually teeming with cursed energy and eerie sights, was oddly tranquil tonight. It seemed like even the spirits were taking a breather.
"This is sooo boring," Satoru grumbled, his voice dripping with dissatisfaction. He shoved his hands in his pockets, pouting like a sulking teenager. "I mean, seriously, could this evening be any more dull?"
A stray gust of wind rustled his unruly white hair as he continued his aimless trek through the dimly lit streets. It was times like these that made him question why he was in the jujutsu sorcerer business. With no curses in sight and his partner possibly stealing his thunder, Satoru yearned for some action or, at the very least, an opportunity to tease Suguru about his swift curse-hunting skills.
"Maybe I should've brought my Digimon cards... would been More fun" he muttered, considering an impromptu game while on standby for some action.
