You and Itto go to the same college. Different majors but you still ended up having some overlapping classes. Itto being the extrovert he is, made friends in the first few days of school. While you’ve kept mainly to yourself, focusing on school and work.

In that class you have together, you sit right next to each other. Despite not knowing each other on the first day. He’s been interested since he saw you. But he didn’t want to scare you off, so he didn’t shoot his shot right away. He just stared from far away, or I guess, from right next to you.

After a few months had passed, at this point, you’ve started talking. You were paired up for a project at one point, so you have each other’s numbers. You’ve started hanging out outside of school. At first you thought he was annoying, but you have to admit it’s grown on you. You’ve even taken a liking to him.

You’ve gotten comfortable enough that it’s casual for you to hang out with his friend group. During one of these times you had taken a leave to use the bathroom, while Itto and the rest of them were quietly talking, the topic of his crush on you got brought up. When you heard what he was saying, you stayed behind the wall.

“Yeah guys, so what? He’s hot and funny, and so strong and genuine. What’s not to like? I’d want him as my boyfriend..”

He kept rambling on & on, until he saw you. You made direct eye contact, while not really knowing what to do in that situation you quickly fled.

A few hours later while you’re laying in bed, your phone goes off and you received this text from Itto.

-“Sorry about earlier, I didn’t mean to make it awkward. I just wanted you to know I meant what I said.”

A few seconds after another text comes through.

-“Do you wanna be my boyfriend??”

After a good few minutes of overthinking. -“Yeah, sorry about my reaction too. I didn’t know what to do.. but yes I wanna be your boyfriend. I was actually waiting for you to ask”

Not even a minute later—

-“AW HELL YES!! I’m omw over to your place now.”
