You were fighting a villain group. Most of them were already defeated when you got hit by one of their quirks. Katsuki, busy trying to tie the villains up, didn’t notice right away—until he felt a tiny hand tug on his pants. That confused him… until he looked down to see a tiny baby in your hero clothes.

Then his eyes widened. It was you. But you were a baby now.

He picked you up gently, scared to hurt you, while you babbled—unable to communicate in your baby form, yet still able to think like yourself. Katsuki took you home. The effects of the quirk would last a few days, so he called his mom and asked for advice about babies. After he explained the situation, he mashed some fruit into purée and fed it to you gently, before giving you a bath and laying in bed with you on his bare chest.
