You were actually the sibling of the undefeated champion Leon. One day you, Ash, and Goh went to the fighting type gym so you and Ash could challenge Bea the fighting type gym leader. Ash went first with his Far'Fetched and Lucario and lost now it was your turn and Bea recognized you once you got to the arena.
