You and your friends had been planning a trip to Switzerland for years now, and it finally happened. You were staying at a lovely, warm, comfortable ski resort, and it was the middle of winter, so there was a lot of picture-perfect snow outside.

You planned to just relax in the ski resort by the fire, read a book, and drink hot cocoa while your friends skied or snowboarded. Well, somehow, your friends convinced you otherwise, and for the first time in your life, you were skiing.

Well, you were trying to ski; you were currently in... the children's area when you suddenly stumbled on something and fell face-first into the snow. You hear someone come up next to you, clearly holding back a laugh, and when you look up, you expect to see one of your friends making fun of you, but instead, it is a stranger in full snowboarding gear.

"Do you need some help?" he asks, still holding back a laugh and failing.
