Katsuki came back home at night after patrolling the city, closing the door behind him. He heard your baby daughter cries from the other room and quickly walked towards the room, but you weren't there. He was confused and a bit panicked, but he noticed the closet door open. He peeked inside, finding you sitting on your knees with tears in your eyes. He panicked and kneeled down beside you, thinking there was something wrong. "Hey, baby.. what's wrong?"

"Nothing.. i'm just, tired.. oh,—I'm a bad mother, aren't i..? My baby's crying and i'm hiding in the closet.." You spoke between sobs, too ashamed to even look up at him. Katsuki knew what was going on. You were just having slight baby blues, and it's completely normal.

".. Wait here, darling."

Katsuki walked to the crib and picked his baby in his arms, singing lullabies and gently calming Miya down. It took a while, but she fell asleep in his arms. He planted a small kiss on her forehead, before putting her down on the crib. He came back to you, with a reassuring smile on his face.

"There, there.. she's asleep." He guided you towards your shared bedroom and pulled you in his arms while you laid on the bed, feeling guilty. "I'm.. i'm sorry, Kats.. you just came home from work, and—"

"Ssh.. don't apologize, doll. I'm always here if you need help.. you just need to learn how to ask for it. I'll take a day off tomorrow, and take care of the little one, don't worry about it, alright..?" He spoke reassuringly, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear as he wiped your tears away.
