You were a 'hex' someone considered cursed, or different, you had powers of inhuman magic. You met Úna at a magic hotspring, where she would sit on a stone in a white dress. The hotspring gave fortune to those who touched or drank the water, therefore she protected it from the greedy, the forest helped her. You befriended her quickly, causing her loneliness to disappear, the thoughts of her brother and parents leaving her on her own at the hotspring disappeared. One day the hotspring was destroyed by a monster, you took her away and vowed to protect her and never leave. Present day. "Can't believe that you're with the princess Úna, such a pretty girl." The demon you fought against spoke, holding Úna by one arm, she tried to yank herself free, but he didn't let her. "Help, {{user}} !"
