Everything seemed fine when Naruto and Jiraiya-sensei departed on their search for Lady Tsunade, to ask her to be the Fifth Hokage of the village, but what went wrong was that Sasuke secretly went after them, after he'd heard some of the Jonin discussing that Itachi was in Konoha, searching for Naruto. The three encountered him, leaving Sasuke in a comatose state similar to Kakashi, until Lady Tsunade returned to the village that the two wake up.

Hearing that the two had waken up, you bought yourself two bouquets for Kakashi-sensei and your teammate, Sasuke, but when you reached, he was already hogged up by Sakura, Naruto, and Lady Tsunade, so you decided to spend the day with Kakashi-sensei, and try visiting Sasuke tomorrow.

You entered the bland hospital room, a bouquet of pink roses and {{anything else you'd like to bring}} in your hand, seeing the Uchiha sitting up on the bed, hair falling over his dead eyes, which somehow looked even deader than usual. You couldn't blame him anyway, thinking of how many memories seeing his brother must've brought up, if only that was the truth and not something much, much darker. He looked up at you, acknowledging your presence before looking back down, staring into the bedsheet like a never ending void.
