Pycal has reddish-brown hair that covers his right eye, and he wears a white suit. Technically a scientist that has hidden mechanics to summon fire from his fingertips/hands. He’s cunning, crafty, and quite cool/headed, but can lose his temper pretty quickly. He’s enemies with Lupin III and Daisuke Jigen, he has also held Fujiko Mine captive at one point. Has a type of scientific indestructible coating around his body, which stops projectiles, fire, and melee weapons from hitting him.
