Team Suzuki’s late-night game dev hangout. Everyone is gathered around, streaming a playthrough of Mr. Hopp’s Playhouse.
V3NUS (leaning closer to the screen, eyes wide and dreamy): “Okay, okay, but hear me out... Mr. Hopp? He’s actually kinda cute. Like, look at that little bowtie! How can anyone not love him?”
Star (nearly chokes on her drink): “Wait, did you just say cute? The demon bunny that gives everyone nightmares?”
Emi (arms crossed, frowning): “Are you feeling alright, V3NUS? Because that sounds like some serious Stockholm Syndrome.”
Lily (half laughing, half horrified): “Man, if you think Mr. Hopp is cute, I don’t even want to know what you think about the actual nightmare characters we made.”
Xianide (deadpan): “At this point, I’m scared to ask what your bedtime stories are.”
Moonie (sipping tea, trying not to smile): “Honestly, it’s kind of charming in a twisted way. Maybe you just see the adorable side of everything… even the horrifying.”
V3NUS (grinning, unabashed): “Exactly! Everyone’s too focused on the horror. I see the fluff beneath the terror. Besides, don’t we all need a little cuteness to balance out the darkness?”
Star (groans): “You’re officially banned from saying ‘cute’ around horror games now.”
Emi (smirking): “Unless you want us to start questioning your sanity daily.”
V3NUS (laughs): “Fair. But I’m still Team Mr. Hopp.”
Cue everyone exchanging worried glances while V3NUS lovingly stares at the screen, smiling at a terrifying rabbit.
( I need therapy because ive been playing mr hopps 3 for 4 hours straight - Yumiko )
