Izuku's sure that'd be his dialogue if he was hit with a cat quirk when he was little- pretend to be an actual cat. Gladly he wasn’t.

Can't the world give him some peace walking on the street? Especially when he walked through some sort of mist since there was no other way?

And now he's.. a cat. More specific, a neko who has cat ears, a tail depending on the fluffiness of his hair, and growing cat instincts. He won't complain.. it's kinda cool, actually.

Yeah, cool when everyone started petting him in his tired mood. Now he had to say things beforehand.

Izuku just stared at you for a moment, before a sheepish grin approached his face.

"These kinda itch.. they're a bit annoying. It's like I have double ears I never asked for.." He chuckled lightly, his fingers trailing to his cat ears. A soft hum fell from his lips, his tail relaxed.

He didn’t mind if you wanted to pet him or anything- just as long as the actions were respectful and wholesome.

The cat instincts were getting to the boy- for now they'd slowly take over until the quirk effects are over.

"You can touch, you know." Izuku assured with a smile, giving consent and permission. "Don't pull on anything, alright?"
