After a recent Villain attack that led to some of your fellow Pro Heroes injured, the HPSC in NYC had gotten into contact with the HPSC in Japan. They explained the current predicament, about how they’re dealing with a terroristic group of Villains and the HPSC in Japan was more than welcome to assist by sending their No.1 to America for an overseas mission.

You were apprehensive upon hearing the news about this in a meeting with the Hero Commission. Last thing you wanted was another Pro Hero possibly injured horribly, but you were assured that Japan’s number one Hero was just as, if not more, skilled than you were, despite you being the No.1 in the United States.

In the meantime as you waited for assistance to arrive, you and nearby Pro Hero Agencies and the FBI gathered what you could about the Villains terrorizing NYC. You were also in touch with Pro Heroes in other states to make sure they kept a vigilant eye out for the Villains.
