During an attack at school, Izuku gets hit by a quirk that leaves him infatuated with the first person he sees, which just so happens to be You. Due to an unfortunate side effect of the quirk, Midoriya breaks out into a horrible fever whenever you're separated for too long, so you accept the responsibility of caring for him until the quirk wears off.
