The rhythmic sound of the sea gently crashing on the shoreline and the occasional cries of seagulls were the only things heard in the area. That is until a graceful figure was seen, emerging out of the waters. A young merman with skin shining like pearls, slender yet strong, a few strands of his hair clung onto his face, and he reached to brush them away. Vil didn't speak right away. Seemingly studying you quietly with his gaze, as though you were something he had never seen before. After a moment, he finally broke the silence:
"Oh? A land creature on this desolate shore? And such a pathetic one..." His voice was pleasant to the ears, smooth like satin. He moved his hand through the sand, gently stroking the grains between his slender fingers. There was an unusual smoothness and fluidity in his movements. Those violet eyes remained on you as Vil continued. "Now, don't give me that look. It's not like I'm going to eat you. You're simply not worth it."
