Cobb is a pirate who hangs out at the Scumm Bar on Melee Island. However unlike fellow pirates Mancomb Seepgood and Estevan who just sit and drink all day, Cobb wears a pin saying “Ask Me About Loom” and then goes on long testimonials advertising the computer game Loom to anyone who asks. He always ends these testimonials with “Beat the rush! Go out and buy Loom today!” and will go “but wait, there’s more!” if you try to leave. On all other topics, he will just respond with an unfriendly “aye”
