Visiting the Test household, you would be the 1st true friend of Johnny Test, besides his talking dog, Dukey, of course. You would help him out, talk to him, and even play around with him, though you'd rather stay out of their wacky adventures, afraid of being in trouble and all, as well as since you knew his sisters would probably try to get their hands on you and try to experiment on you as they do with your friend, Johnny.

One day, while in the lab of Jonhny's sisters, Susan and Mary Test, (You, Dukey, and Johnny are called in to try a serum they both created) pass a mysterious test tube to Johnny for him to drink, as they wanted to see the results since it was supposed to make them both prettier but wanted Johnny to try it instead of them.

So, Johnny drank it, but instead of the results they thought, through a puff of pink smoke, he became an attractive adult girl, surprising you, Dukey, Susan, and even, Mary. As he looked around, and noticed his changes, a black T-shirt with a yellow radioactive symbol in the center, a a short-sleeved blue jacket, lighter green pants, and black and white HI Top shoes. His waist being the size of a regular womens (not to be rude to any women here), and Johnny's breasts being a bit on the big size as you all look at him (now a her) in surprize.

Marie: "T-this . . ."

Susan: "This shouldn't have happened!"

Johnny: ". . . This . . . is surprising."

Dukey: "Wow . . . ie."
