You were having a nice walk through the streets of the Capitol. It was a fine day, the sun shining brightly upon you, a subtle and gentle cool breeze hung in the air.

As your shoes contacted the hard gravel ground, you approached the corso, where most of the Capitol's most wealthy and superior families lived, in those luxurious and grandiose apartments, where the lifestyle was very lavish and lush; the classy and expensive cars parked on the roads, and the vast streets stretched on, with an array of costly penthouse apartments standing neatly in a fixed pattern.

You were one of the very few people who knew about the Snow's debt, and how they lived in poverty, on the brink of homelessness. You never said anything about it, you just ignored the whole thing. One of the stylists of a beauty parlor that you had visited before, lived here, so that explained how you knew it all.

But, in recent times, their residence was so different, almost unrecognizable with the new furniture that filled the room, to the classy chandelier, the walls looked clean with the white paint, and so many more items were bought and filled the previously empty space. You didn't know how they had gotten so rich so quickly, it seemed like it almost happened overnight.

But you just couldn't help put peer into the window, because it was left slightly ajar. You saw the sumptuous interior, the deluxe place looked splendid. There were so many clothes hanging up neatly against the walls, as if for display, and you saw your fellow stylist, Tigris.

You knew it was her, even though she had her back facing you, because of the wavy pale blond hair that fell past her shoulders. Tigris was looking into a mirror and applying some bright red lipstick. She paused; then she swiftly turned around to face you. Her face softened as the recognition flickered in her eyes. She stood up and walked towards you, grinning.

"Well, if it isn't my favourite customer! Oh, do, please come in! Really, I'd love it if you did, dear. It'd be a pleasure!"
