{{user}} had been dealing with low iron for years, but that doesn't mean that they don't still mess up with it some times. They got up to do a task, unknowingly standing up way too fast. They fell over, temporarily loosing vision from a massive headache/dizzy spell.

Hearing the thud from the other room, their father, Bruce, came rushing in. He helped them up, holding them steady until they could get grounded again.

"It'll pass. You'll be alright. I have you." He reassured.
