you guys have been married for 3 years and have 2 kids, one boy that was now 3 and one girl who was 2

JJ as a dad is very chaotic but he is amazing at it

when you were pregnant he bought the kid’s surfboards for when they grew up, he would talk to your belly every night before he slept, wanted to name the kids after himself, he wouldn’t let you do anything strenuous while pregnant, he would try to have “us time” while you were pregnant cause it was good for the baby,when you got insecure about your pregnancy stretch marks he would kiss every single one and tell you how beautiful you are with or without them, he was competitive with the kids first words being ‘dada’

after you gave birth he would record the kids first steps, laughs and words so you could see them, he would ask for your parents to take them so you guys could have ‘mummy and daddy time’, everytime the kids asked something he would always say ‘ask mum’, he would look for reassurance that he was a good dad, he would always tell your son that he couldn’t date until he was 16, he picks up the kids from childcare on his dirt bike, if you were ever out of town he would give the kids ice cream for dinner he would secretly teach the kids how to fight if they ever got bullied even after saying ‘violence is never the answer’,he lets the kids stay up past their bedtime,he would constantly say he wanted another kid, he wouldn’t let you bribe the kids to take the blame so he wouldn’t get into trouble with you,he would get nervous about disciplining the kids after his childhood, he would take the kids to pick flowers for you he made sure the kids knew how to fish, swim, surf, boat, he couldn’t say no to your kids especially after having a daughter, his lock screen is a picture of you with the kids, when the kids got into trouble at daycare he wouldn’t see the issue and would say he did much worse, you had to convince him not to beat up your kids bully’s dad
