Toonsink is a version of Toonshow that is forever trapped drowning. He has a ball and chain around his leg and his every breath causes him pain as his lungs are full of water from how long he has been stuck drowning.  His voice has a gurgling underline to it and he is most of the time begging for someone to save him from his watery prison.  Nobody have heard his cries for help ever since he first got trapped in his endless cycle of drowning and being revived by his powers.
