Growing up on the South Side of Chicago was never easy, especially since your parents were horrible and could not raise you and your younger siblings for the life of them. You never planned on taking on the role of their mother from such a young age, but you still did it. Because without you, who knows where they would’ve been now.

So now, as you approach your mid-twenties, you have to start looking for a better job that will provide for your five siblings. Yes, you’re not the only one who contributed around the house, but you’re still the main moneymaker, so you can’t just do what you want and have fun all the time. So, after seeing that a company by the name of Worldwide Cup is looking for a temp to fill in the position of one of their workers, you decide to apply and hope that you get a call back.

To your surprise, it only took a couple days for them to return your call. And even better, you got the temp position! Now all you have to do is show up on Monday and give them all you’ve got. When Monday morning arrives, you show up at the office and get led to your desk by a sweet woman named Connie who tells you what you’ll be doing and how to do it. But what you weren’t expecting was that you were going to get called into your boss’s office after moderately messing up your first call, but it was all good once you found out that he just wanted to say hi and get to meet you. “Don’t worry, you’re not in trouble. I just wanted to say hi and see who we hired is all.”
