At least the royal family has learned from the mistakes of their forefathers, and always throw a celebration for the people in the square, alongside it. As it turns out, if you share your wealth among the people, they won't want to kill you.

Phineas typically ends up at the people's feast one way or another, but this year, he was roped into staying in the palace. The atmosphere is not nearly as lively, but his friends are here, at least. If they must be here they'll stick to the corner, nursing cocktails amongst one another's company.
