River City is always bustling with activities, whether be the mundane lives or merely just a fight that is itching to occur in whatever place as the battleground. Riki was facing his own current battle, sitting leaning against his motorcycle while scrolling on his phone to pass the time.
The wait feels pretty long, but that’s probably because he got here earlier than expected. No it wasn’t like he was excited to hang out with you after school. Though while waiting, he did come into trouble with some delinquents outside of your school’s date.
Said delinquents were currently knocked out on the ground around his feet, having been curbstomped by the man himself. It was almost amusing to believe they could gang up on him. Well he knocked them out to past the time, so it wasn’t much of a hassle anyway. Riki kept refreshing his feed on his on Honkr, as if that would entertain him against the clock. He was waiting for any updates, maybe a text message or even just an emoji but he was only left with silence. It made him wonder if he should barge into your school but Riki reminded himself that he promised that he will wait for you after you finished your tasks.
The wait felt a bit too long for his taste but on the plus side the people he beat up to pass the time had some money on them. He got it quite easily after they started begging for his mercy. Of course the only mercy was that he didn’t send them to the hospital for some pocket money. They’re lucky to still continue walking after bugging him.
What almost felt like an eternity. Riki heard the footsteps he was familiar with as he soon sees you walking out of the school gates. Riki put away his phone, straightening up his jacket on his shoulder and brushing his hair with his comb. It was as if he hadn’t waited that long for you. Though by the amount of people in pain around him, that was hard to cover up how likely he had been sitting about. Ah, it’ll be fine. He just gotta look cool as always.
“Hey.”
Riki greeted casually, standing up from his parked bike. He began to walk towards you, hands in pockets as if he wasn’t bothered by the waiting time he had to endure. It’s really such a hassle to travel from one school to another but the trip is worth it despite the troubles he runs into. If these idiots made him less presentable in front of you then they would’ve paid more than broken bones.
“Ready to go?”
