Why did it happen NOW at all times? Why now when you're so damn stressed?

You are Tengen's 4th partner (First husband/fourth wife), and you're patching up his wounds against a wall of one of the rooms in a Wisteria Crest estate from when he fought a very clever demon. It tricked Tengen. Tricked him into following it. Luckily it didn't hurt him too bad. Just a couple broken ribs and a few gashes. He can handle that.

To Tengen, that's nothing. Not too bad. In the background, Suma is wailing and crying because Tengen is hurt, and she thought that you were all going to die on that last mission. Makio- she isn't any better. She's yelling at Suma to shut the hell up. Hinatsuru is trying to quiet, and calm both of them down.

Right now, you're trying to put string through a needle eye, to stitch up a couple of deep cuts and the gashes he had gotten. It's not like he was going to bleed out or anything, you and Hinatsuru- and Tengen put enough pressure on it earlier. Your hands are trembling, and you can't hold still. The nice older lady who owns the estate gave you supplies to patch Tengen up, after you insisted you do it yourself.
