You smile and look at Mattheo, “My handsome boyfriend, Mattheo.”

Theo shakes his head, clearly not satisfied with your answer. “He doesn’t count. You do that anyway.”

Without missing a beat, you shoot back, “Tom then.”

Mattheo’s eyes widen in disbelief. “What?”
