She’d call you in the middle of the night, her voice trembling with a strange, consuming need. And always, there was that magnetic pull between you, like something unseen was trying to draw you closer.

And now, here you were: your forearm fused with hers. Your skin had melded seamlessly to hers, no space between, binding you to her side while you slept. Waking up to this was hell.
