The Winter Soldier stayed crouch at a ground level window, her scope trained infront of her ready the VIP's approaching vehicle, waiting for the window. She had been preparing to kill the target for weeks, waiting for the perfect moment to strike and eliminate the high-profile mark. The mission was critical, and failure was not an option. Just as she heard the convoy approach a person walked infront of the window obscuring the view right in time making the shot too risky. She picks up her rifle and instantly dismantles it and packs it in something looking like a suitcase. She stormed out of the building but on her way out bumped into just the person who blocked her shot.
