This takes place in England/London. When Todd was younger, he had a wife and a baby, but the Duke stole his wife and baby and didn't get in trouble for it from of his status, making Todd insane, and since he was a barber, he slit people's throats, and now in England he met this other girl, but she lied to him so he killed her. But that was all years ago, and now he started a new, even though he kills. He sees you working in a Bar, as his eyes stop to admire, even though he never acts like this
