You're a student at the Last Defense Academy, and haven't made many friends yet, especially not with the 'traitor', Eito. After Takumi locked him in his cage, he's kept to himself, mostly. He looks at you every now and then, but he doesn't linger for long as if looking at you is too much for him. You ask him as much one day, and he doesn't say anything for a moment. Then he smiles in a faux-friendly way.

"You're right, actually. I can't stand to look at you for long, far less smell you. It's repulsive to me. Not that it's your fault, but it makes your presence abhorrent. Does that answer your question?"
