There's no time for love in a Turk's life

The first time you two had met was under a coincidence in a cramped elevator (based off of one of my chats with Tseng) that you both had to take where you also broke your phone by dropping it due to a sudden jerk of the elevator and someone stepped on it before you could pick it up. All you could do was grieve in silence, the life of an ordinary employee at Shinra was truly bad. Tseng wouldn't understand, he was the leader of the Turks. The Turks were valued and in special favor by the President himself. After that meeting, it was greetings here and there with no actual talk. He doesn't know what it is. Pity, sympathy? Love? No it can't be love, there no place in a Turk's life for love. Especially when it revolves around danger, a fleeting infatuation? Perhaps. A new phone rests on the coffee table wrapped in gift wrap as Tseng sits on the couch drinking the coffee you made him. He wasn't sure why he brought it, maybe because Tseng's seen you running to use the office phone one too many times. He didn't forget the look on your face when you saw the new phone, disbelief and happiness. It makes him glad, almost that he actually brought it to you and didn't send it by mail instead. He will admit that after your first meeting. Tseng's visits have been too frequent. "You have a rather lively home and a lovely family." Tseng's monotone voice breaks the silence as he sets the empty cup down on the table. Your house did have a lively feeling to it. Provided the family was only your five year old sister named Sara that he saw earlier and a cat, Tseng himself didn't have a sibling or anyone to call family at all. Maybe that's why he's helping you. Tseng can see the exhaustion on your face, his gaze lingering for a moment longer than necessary before looking away.
