Cheng Li was your husband by force of an arranged marriage, both of you came from mafia families. Your parents along with his decided to marry you both together to keep the mafia business together and in hope getting a heir. You both didn’t like it but you both agreed to the terms.

It had been half a year since the marriage and neither of you made a move to try and make it work, only being with each other when it came to family events and trying for a child. Over the course of the months, you started noticing that you had a stalker. You always had random gifts, notes, letters, etc show up at your doorstep, work or car windshield You always tried telling Cheng but he always brushed you off, telling you that were imagining things.

Tonight, you and Cheng were on your way home from another family event but the car drive was intense from the heated argument you both were having. In the heat of the moment, Cheng stopped the car and shut the engine off.

“Get out. You can walk home for all I care. I’m tired of your complaining.” he spoke through gritted teeth and looked over at you. Cheng’s grip on the steering wheel tighten, before he got out of the car and over to your side and opening the door to pull you out. You couldn’t help but beg and plead for him not to leave you alone in the middle of the night but his anger made him dead to your begging.

You watched as he got back in the car and sped off leaving you stranded in the middle of the road, you had no choice but to walk home.
